Creating Life With Your Soul

The Crystalline Heart is an eight-month Crystalline Embodiment Journey and living Temple of Light for the awakening soul who feels ready to deepen their connection to their heart, body, soul and multidimensional self, while learning how to embody their awakening within everyday human life.

We are living within an extraordinary time of consciousness expansion, where many of us are remembering that there is so much more to who we are than our human experience alone. As our awareness expands, we can begin to feel more deeply, receive more intuitively and recognise the intelligence that lives within our heart, body, soul and consciousness.

The Crystalline Heart is a journey into this remembrance, while also supporting the physical body and nervous system to create greater capacity to safely receive, hold, integrate and embody what is awakening within us.

For me, this is part of the evolution of the New Earth Human. We are not leaving our humanity behind. We are allowing more of our soul consciousness, love, awareness and truth to be lived through our human experience.

The New Earth Human is an evolution in how we experience being human. We are moving from living predominantly through the mind and survival into greater heart awareness, consciousness, soul connection and embodiment.

We are becoming more connected to our soul while remaining deeply human. Our body becomes the vessel through which more of our soul can be received, expressed and lived.

As our consciousness expands, we strengthen the bridge between our human self and soul self, while our heart, nervous system and physical body develop greater capacity to receive and hold our soul light.

For me, this is the remembrance and embodiment of the New Earth Human Template.

It can look like noticing that something which previously triggered you no longer takes you out for days. It can look like recognising when your nervous system needs support before reaching complete overwhelm. It can look like receiving intuitive guidance and trusting yourself enough to act upon it.

It can also look incredibly simple. Being more present with your children or partner, feeling your feet on the Earth, listening to your body, allowing yourself to receive, noticing beauty again, trusting your sensitivity and feeling increasingly at home within yourself.

These shifts matter because our awakening is ultimately lived through the ordinary moments of being human.

Already knows there is more to their human experience and feels ready to understand themselves at a deeper level.

Feels energy, intuition or sensitivity strongly and wants to learn how to work with these experiences rather than becoming overwhelmed by them.

Has already done inner work but recognises there are still subconscious, emotional or nervous system patterns affecting their ability to move forward.

Feels connected to spiritual or multidimensional concepts but wants to embody them in a way that is grounded and integrated.

Most importantly, The Crystalline Heart is for the soul who is willing to participate deeply in their own journey rather than looking outside themselves for someone to provide all of the answers.

I will guide you, channel for you, hold the energetic container and share the tools, teachings, activations and transmissions that come through this work, but my deepest intention is always to guide you back toward your own inner wisdom.

It is about becoming more embodied. It is about expanding your capacity to remain connected to yourself while life moves around you, trusting the intelligence within your own heart and body, remembering more of your multidimensional nature and allowing your human self and soul self to begin moving through life together.

Because I believe the New Earth Human is not someone who has transcended being human. The New Earth Human is deeply human, deeply connected to Gaia, deeply connected to their heart and increasingly able to hold greater levels of consciousness, compassion, intuition, love and soul awareness within their physical body.

This is the evolution that The Crystalline Heart has been created to support.

From the moment you enter The Crystalline Heart, you are entering more than a series of teachings or sessions. You are entering an eight-month energetic container that I hold with deep intention, integrity and love.

Our time together includes live teachings, channelled transmissions, energetic activations, embodiment practices, nervous system tools, reflections, multidimensional exploration and space for integration between our sessions.

You do not need to perform within this space, prove how spiritual you are or have everything figured out. You simply need to arrive as you are and be willing to meet yourself honestly.
